Application to Dining Week

Every year we receive far more applications than we have space for, and the standard is high. This is why we assess each restaurant individually.

We place emphasis on you adding something to the programme - a special location, a menu that stands out, or a strong concept. Use the application to sell yourself.

Contact and address

Restaurant and menu

Cuisine, atmosphere and concept. For example fine dining, relaxed, pop-up, a la carte, private parties.
Insert a link. Writing that we should google you is not enough.
The number of courses and the price are fixed in advance.
Write the actual dishes. "Starter, main course, dessert" is not enough - the menu weighs heavily in our assessment, and we are happy to advise on how to put it together so it sells.
If you do not normally sell it, write the price of a similar menu with the same number of courses.

Images of the restaurant

Show the room and the food, ideally atmosphere and ideally a full restaurant. Landscape format, at least 1200x800 pixels. Image quality is decisive for sales.
Attach at least 3 and no more than 5 images in JPG or PNG. Each file may be no larger than 10 MB.

Rights to the images

  • I confirm that I hold all rights to the uploaded image, and that I have permission from any people appearing in it.
  • Bordibyen and the festivals the restaurant takes part in may use the image without time limit, including on websites, in newsletters and on social media.
  • Any claim for compensation arising from use of the image is to be directed to me.

Requirements and expectations for your participation

If we approve you, we expect you to:
- create a menu that shows your craft and leaves guests full
- have staff who can talk about both the food and the drinks
- deliver high service and quality, also when it is busy
- have your food inspection and approved premises in order
- supply at least 3 landscape images in good quality
